(adj.) A word to describe indistinct things; hazy at the edges. A vague silhouette somewhere in the dim past, not quite yet forgotten, just faint. A faint recognition, a faint understanding. On the edge of existence. Or an in-between feeling, dizziness in the head, as if levitating. Or to lose consciousness for a while, to fall completely out of this world into the unexplored blackness, only to return and find that nothing has changed. The way it sounds so similar to feint. The way it escapes the mouth like a spirit, between teeth, leaving with a gentle click of the tongue.
